OK, not bog soup but a soupy hint nonetheless.
Hands up who ends up with leftover roasted veggies from the sunday dinner? What happens to them?
Am I guessing garbage?
Well, no more! SImply liquidise/blend the leftovers with some stock and voila! roasted veg soup ..... in an instant.
