is it just me or does everyone lose track of the days while on vacation?
since i last blogged we've visited a maize maze, a safari park in the rain, had movie night and taken a train trip to edinburgh.

I lose track of the days when I'm on vacation, too. Although, in fairness, I lose track of the days even when I'm not.

Thanks Amber. We're having a great time and keeping v busy, just not blogging much about it. Strangely teh urge to blog isn't so strong now that I have all this time available .....??
Once I made a phone call from the visitors' centre in some city in Georgia to a tour guide that went "Hi Mr. Grimsby, we'd like to take a tour today -- wait, what day is it? Zarah, what day is it? Thursday? The 20th? Sorry, Mr. Grimsby, we're not sure but we think it's Thursday the 20th, so we're going to go wait at that Pineapple Fountain and hopefully you'll meet us there at noon. Um, yeah, my name is Allison. Bye."
I'm suffering from vacation blog-laziness too, so I'm just reading other people's -- peoples'? -- blogs by other people. Happy holiday.
LOL I love your comment bibliomama! That's exactly how I feel most of the time on vacation. Somehow the need to keep tabs on days of the week or dates falls away and I no longer have that responsibility (at least until departure day I guess)
